Make sure the print settings are set to 100% scale when printing, otherwise they will not be the correct size.
Each pdf/jpg has a coordinating free cut file, simply print the pdf or jpg at 100% scale and then open up the free coordinating cut file in Silhouette and cut like normal. All stickers have a slight "bleed" to them, reducing the risk of any white paper showing if using a Silhouette machine.
The PDF is sized 8.5" x 11" and can be printed on an 8.5"x11" sticker paper (I like the AVERY 3383 for matte printable stickers.)
